Our
Returns/Exchange Policy:
You may feel free to exchange any
unworn/unlaundered items purchased from Go Team
Merchandise. An exchange shipping charge of
$6.99 will apply to all exchanges. Please use
grid below for exchange/return information.
You may return most items
sold by Go Team Merchandise within 30 days of
delivery for a full merchandise refund
(excluding shipping charges). We'll also pay the
return shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error, or that of a drop-ship from the
manufacturer.
We cannot accept returns
of certain items, including:

Any item that is worn or laundered
·
Any item not returned in its' original
packaging with labels attached, etc.
·
Any product missing the serial number or
UPC tags.
·
Items that are returned more than 30
days after delivery or are missing tags
or packaging may be subject to a
restocking fee of 20%.
·
Any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged (not caused by
manufacturer), or is missing parts will
not be refunded.
·
Any order returned in whole or in part that
included free shipping (and falls under the free
shipping purchase minimum) will have a shipping
charge equal to a normal applicable shipping fee
deducted from the total refund.
·
Any Custom
made embroidered item
shipped directly from the manufacturer listed as
a custom embroidered product all sales final.
· To
insure you receive your credit or exchange,
please be sure to include a copy of your
receipt
and completely fill out the information below.
· We
also recommend using one of the following
carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail
(InsuredSignature Required). We cannot be
responsible for merchandise lost/stolen when
returned. Please protect yourself.

Regular/Expedited Shipping Methods and
Policy |

Regular
shipping is done via USPS Priority mail
and usually arrives within 3 days from
shipping. Most order are processed and
shipped within 2 business day, however,
during the holiday season, beginning
November 1, orders may take 2-5 business
days to ship. However, rest assured your
package will arrive with normal
shipping, provided it is in stock,
within 7-10 business days. If for some
reason there is a problem with
availability, we will contact you first
by phone, then by email. Please be
advised that any email address ending
with @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com will
have a problem with respect to SPAM
filters and receiving our emails.
Many items are available with expedited
shipping methods. Any available
expedited options, as well as standard
options, will be displayed on the
shipping page during checkout. If you
select an expedited shipping method,
please be aware that orders are
processed & shipped within two business
days from receipt of your order, and the
day of ordering does not count as the
first business day. Business days are
considered Monday – Friday, excluding
national holidays.
