Our
Exchange
Policy:
You may
feel
free to
exchange
any
unworn/unlaundered
items
purchased
from
Sports
Clothes
and More
or Go
Team
Merchandise.
However,
your
exchange
will be
treated
as a
normal
sale in
regards
to
shipping.
A
standard
shipping
charge
of $5.99
will
apply to
all
exchanges,
regardless
of free
shipping
qualifications*
on
original
order.
Please

exchange/return

Our
Returns
Policy:
You may
return
most
items
sold by
Sports
Clothes
and More
or Go
Team
Merchandise
within
30 days
of
delivery
for a
full
merchandise
refund
(excluding
shipping
charges).
We'll
also pay
the
return
shipping
cost if
the
return
is a
result
of our
error,
or that
of a
drop-ship
from the
manufacturer.
We
cannot
accept
returns
of
certain
items,
including:

Any
item
that
is
worn
or
laundered
-
Any
item
not
returned
in
its'
original
packaging
with
labels
attached,
etc.
-
Any
product
missing
the
serial
number
or UPC
tags/CLC
official
license
tag
missing
.
We will
only
issue
partial
refunds
for the
return
of
certain
items
including:
-
Items
that
are
returned
more
than
30
days
after
delivery
or are
missing
tags
or
packaging
will
be
charged
a
restocking
fee
(20%).

Any
item
that
is not
in its
original
condition,
is
damaged
(not
caused
by
manufacturer),
or is
missing
parts
will
not be
refunded.

Any
return
qualifying
for a
discount
that
after
exchange/
refund
does
not
qualify,
the
difference
will
be
deducted.

insure
you
receive
your
credit
or
exchange,

include
a copy
of this
receipt
and
completely
fill out
the

Regular
shipping is done via USPS Priority mail
and usually arrives within 3 days from
shipping. Most order are processed and
shipped within 1 business day, however
during the holiday season, beginning
November 1, we reserve orders may take 2
business days to ship. However, rest
assured your package will arrive with
normal shipping, provided it is in
stock, within 7 business days. If for
some reason there is a problem with
availability, we will contact you first
by phone, then by email. Please be
advised that any email address ending
with @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com will
have a problem with respect to spam
filters and receiving our emails.
Many items are available with expedited
shipping methods. A physical address is
required to ship orders via an expedited
shipping method. FedEX and UPS cannot
deliver to a P.O. Box. Any available
expedited options, as well as standard
options, will be displayed on the
shipping page during checkout. If you
select an expedited shipping method,
please be aware that orders are
processed/shipped within two business
days from receipt of your order, and the
day of shipment does not count as the
first business day. Business days are
considered Monday – Friday, excluding
national holidays.
